Event Spaces & Facilities
With a wide variety of spaces on campus, we are sure to have one that meets your event needs. Allow our experienced staff to help you coordinate and plan the details of your next event. We will assist you with reserving the space, coordinating catering and help determine any additional needs you may have.
Host an Event or Conference
All event requests must be submitted a minimum of four weeks in advance. A Conference & Event Services staff member will be in touch about your request and
any additional steps to be taken.
UNC Organization or Department
If you are submitting your event request on behalf of a UNC department, sanctioned club or recognized student organization use the request form below.
Get Started
You must use your UNC affiliated email address.
Community Organization or Member
If you wish to host a private event at UNC on behalf of a community organization, yourself, or a local business submit the event request form below.
Camp or Conference Inquiry
If you are a UNC organization or a community member interested in hosting a camp or conference on the UNC campus submit the Request for Proposal (RFP) below.
